Refund policy

Neo Dubai (www.shopneodubai.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on www.shopneodubai.com within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products.

We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Once your return is received by us, you will be provided a discount coupon of INR 100 as a reward for shipping costs per order/parcel. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

RETURN POLICY

We currently don't have any return policy for the correct item delivered. In case the product is damaged you can reach us via email - houseofneodubai@gmail.com. In case of incorrect/mis-match item delivered we will issue a 100% refund within 7 Days of receipt. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchanged product will be delivered within 5 days

REFUND POLICY

We provide refund to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Refund will be processed with 24-48 hrs and will be settled to the account within 3-5 working days.

We don't have a replacement & refund policy for correctly delivered orders.
